FAQ

The Answers You Need
  • Why do so many business owners work with Virtual Assistants?
Virtual assistants are popular with entrepreneurs because they offer a flexible, cost-efficient way to manage administrative tasks and business operations. This allows entrepreneurs to concentrate on strategic growth areas, improve their work-life balance, and scale their support according to business demands without the need for physical office space or the overhead associated with full-time staff.
  • What does it cost to hire a Virtual Assistant?
The average cost of hiring a North-American based generalist virtual assistant runs between $35-$60 per hour, depending on experience.
  • What hours do you work?
    Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm
  • I am unable to find a time on your calendar that works for me? Can I schedule for an evening or saturday appointment?
Yes, most likely that is possible. Contact me directly at christa@dcsadminservices.com to see if I can find a suitable option for you.
  • How will you keep my private information safe?
I am very careful when handling your sensitive information and utilize specific security measures to protect your data, including two-factor authentication, and using only private WiFi connections.
  • How long do you take to get back to messages from clients?
As I am often occupied with client projects, I am not always available to immediately answer your email. Your communication, however, is very important to me and I will respond to your email in a timely fashion.
  • How does hiring a virtual assistant impact your earning potential?
Hiring a virtual assistant can positively impact your earnings by freeing up your time to focus on higher-value tasks. For instance, if you charge $130 per hour for your services and spend 10 hours a week on administrative tasks, that's $1300 of potential earnings lost. By hiring a virtual assistant at $50 per hour for those same tasks, you not only save time but could potentially gain an additional $800 weekly, considering the tasks are now handled by the assistant, allowing you to focus on more lucrative work.
